Benefit highlights include: ● Health Insurance: Employee coverage is paid in full by the firm. The employee pays the difference for spouse and/or dependent coverage ● CPA Certification: 1) The firm will pay up to $500 for purchase of study materials. 2) The firm will pay up to the amount charged for enrolling in all four sections at one time. 3) Upon successfully completing the exam, the employee is eligible to receive a financial bonus: $2,000 if passed within 24 months; $1,000 is passed within 36 months ● Vacation: Accrual of 80 hours awarded for 0-2 years of service; 104 hours awarded for 3 years of service; each subsequent year, 8 additional hours are awarded up to 160 hours annual accrual. In fall 2014, we will be actively filling internship positions for 2015. Adams, Brown, Beran and Ball has recently established a comprehensive internship program which provides accounting students practical on-the-job experience and the opportunity to learn more about our firm. Our program is designed to channel students to full-time careers with ABBB. Please request to participate in the intern program at the location most convenient for you, Great Bend, Hays, Wichita, Hutchinson, McPherson, or Colby. Our schedule is flexible to accommodate part-time or full-time work. During the duration of your semester-long internship, you will be exposed to all facets of our services. We expose our interns to not only all areas of tax accounting, but also to auditing, financial services, payroll and bookkeeping, compilation and forecasting. ABBB's internship includes an hour long dialogue with a partner, manager, or staff accountant of your choice. Your dedicated site coordinator will serve as your go-to host throughout your internship. You will also participate in a half-day program to learn about our unique benefits and pay structure, as well as the mission, vision and values of the firm.
