The Department of History emphasizes a world view of human development throughout your studies and prepares you for the world beyond college. In addition to taking fascinating and in-depth courses, gain the practical skills of critical thinking, analysis, tolerance, objectivity, research, and communication to make you a well-rounded and successful graduate.
You can learn history both in and out of the classroom.
