Overview
It takes courage to become a change agent and requires a new mindset toward individual and organizational performance and a willingness to take risks, wrestle with ambiguity, and deal with conflict head-on. This workshop will help prepare you to become a change agent within you organization by using the Change Agent Blueprint.
Learning Objectives

- Integrating Resources, Roles and Competencies to be Successful
Target Audience
This workshop on becoming a change agent is ideal for anyone currently leading or managing people within the workplace. This is also an excellent training opportunity for those transitioning into middle-management roles such as team leaders or supervisors.
Workshop Materials
All participants will receive Dr Jerry Gilley's Manager as Change Agent book, which is packed with practical information and resources for future use. You will also be given a workbook with resources that you will use throughout the workshop and beyond.
Your Facilitator
[Dr. Kyle Stone] is the Director of the Management Development Center and an Assistant Professor at Fort Hays State University in the College of Business and Entrepreneurship, currently teaching in the Department of Management and Marketing. His research interests are human resource development, lean thinking, organizational development and change management. His industry experience spans twenty years in automotive and utility truck manufacturing and operations management.
