Welcome to TigerTech
TigerTech is the primary technical assistance resource for the
University internally and also serves as a link between FHSU and the
extended campus community.
Tier 1 Student Support Agents receive all
incoming calls to the University, as well as provide technical support
by phone, online chat, and walk-in assistance to students, faculty, and
staff. Our Tier 2 support includes Full-time Staff and Student Technicians
who are committed to serving the faculty and staff of FHSU in obtaining and utilizing computers, software, and related
peripherals to perform their jobs in alignment with the University’s
