Intersession Aid Eligibility
- Winter Intersession 2021 eligibility for all federal financial aid programs is based on the 2020-21 FAFSA, available funding, and your Winter Intersession and Spring 2021 registration plans.
- You must be admitted as a degree seeking student and your Spring 2020 FHSU registration must be finalized in order to receive aid for Winter Intersession 2021.
- Winter Intersession credit hours will not be included in the calculation of total spring credit hours used to determine registration level for consortium agreement purposes.
- Dropping/withdrawing from courses could require a repayment, specifically Pell Grant recipients. For more information, visit www.fhsu.edu/finaid/Fin-Aid-Policies/#LDAP.
- The combination of Winter Intersession 2021 and Spring 2021 credit hours will make up your Spring 2021 registration level for financial aid awarding purposes. It is your responsibility to notify our office if your registration level will be different for Spring 2021 due to your Intersession 2021 hours. Aid cannot release unless you are registered in the number of hours for which your aid is calculated.
