Patient Portal Features
The portal provides a convenient way to access our medical services. (Counseling and accessibility services cannot be accessed on the portal.)
- Schedule a medical appointment.

- See all of your upcoming medical appointments.
- Complete required health forms.
- View your personal information.
- Upload your health insurance information.
- View medical billing statements and make a payment.
Accessing the Patient Portal
Log in with your TigerNetID and password. (Everyone is assigned a unique TigerNetID upon admission or employment at FHSU. This is the same account you use to access your university email, Workday, and Blackboard.)
Note to faculty and staff: If you have never accessed the Patient Portal, you may need to contact our office at 785-628-4401 to have your account loaded into the system manually.

Important Notice: If you have shared your TigerNetID login information with others, they may be able to access your Patient Portal and view protected health information.
