HAYS, Kan. -- Each fall Fort Hays State University's Residence Hall Association hosts a Halloween Safe Trick-or-Treat in McMindes Hall for local children and families. This year it will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 27.

All elementary school children are invited to participate in the fun and safe environment. Candy will be distributed by participating McMindes residents, and activities are planned in several areas of the building.
