HAYS, Kan. -  Each year, Fort Hays State’s W.R. and Yvonne Robbins College of Business and Entrepreneurship (RCOBE) recognizes an outstanding faculty member from each of its four academic departments for dedication to teaching, mentorship, and student success.

The selection process is led each year by the Robbins Ambassador students, who gather nominations from business students, conduct surveys, and interview finalists. This year’s process was led by Robbins Ambassadors Harper Lubbers and Kintzli Wagner.  

Faculty of the Year honorees for 2025-2026 include:

*Dr. Kunal Sevak, Department of Management 

*Dr. Kelei (Jackie) Zhang, Department of Informatics
