FHSU PCE has been a great partner for our organization for many years. Their expertise, collaborative approach, attentiveness to administrative details, and knowledgeable facilitators have played an essential role
in the development and successful deployment of numerous professional development opportunities for our employees and leaders. We greatly value this longstanding and enduring partnership.
Danielle Fuchs, Organization Development Manager, Midwest Energy
FHSU PCE is easy to work with and accommodating. The day of the training is unbelievably easy for us as we pretty much just show up, provide the space and technology, and a few snacks, and we are ready to go! Everyone on the FHSU PCE team, as well as the facilitators they send, is so nice and easy-going. It is truly a pleasure to have this partnership.
Ashley Still, Director of Small Business & Entrepreneurship, Dodge City/Ford County Development Corporation
We believe that investing in our employees' education is a win-win situation. Our staff will have the opportunity to acquire new skills...and patients will benefit from their enhanced capabilities. FHSU PCE’s openness to develop content applicable to the healthcare environment allows us to provide that personalized training.
Sarah Ragsdale, CEO, Smith County Memorial Hospital
First, PCE is extremely affordable. It’s a cost-effective and accessible way to gain expertise from university faculty and staff. Having worked with a variety of training providers, I can confidently say that PCE consistently delivers competitive pricing. Second, many organizations do not have dedicated internal training departments. In those cases, training responsibilities often fall to Human Resources or become an organizational gap. PCE offers a simple and effective way to fill that gap, especially when the person identifying the need does not have the time or resources to develop and deliver training themselves. Finally, they are simply easy to work with. I don’t believe I’ve ever presented a topic that PCE couldn’t address or find the right expert to cover.
