Nicholas T. Moutinho is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Pre-Law at Fort Hays State University, based on the Shenyang Normal University campus in Shenyang, China. A licensed attorney, he holds a J.D. and an LL.M. focused on competition law and the digital economy. Before entering full-time academia, he worked in public safety and labor representation. His teaching and research interests include American public law, civil liberties, legal research and advocacy, and the use of artificial intelligence and structured decision-making tools in legal practice.
