This multidisciplinary program combines both agricultural and leadership theory, providing you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the industry. Throughout the B.S. in Agriculture (Agriculture Leadership) program, you'll engage in hands-on experiences, seminars, and leadership development activities to prepare you for agriculture, business, and government leadership roles.
In addition to gaining foundational leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, you'll also develop a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing agriculture in Kansas and nationally.
