Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership

With a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University – on-campus and online – graduates of this program will enhance their leadership, communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills.

Graduates will develop a deep understanding of how organizations function and the role leaders at all levels must play to improve the performance of organizations.
