State universities shall observe the following holidays for all exempt and non-exempt personnel:
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Memorial Day
Juneteenth Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
*Veterans' Days
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
*Classes are in session
