CHBS Faculty Scholarship Award
The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences recognizes one outstanding faculty member for their distinguished performance in the area of scholarship. The award recipient will be recognized during the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences Annual Recognition Ceremony. A $500 stipend in the form of OOE funds will be awarded to each award recipient. Recipients will coordinate fund allocation through the dean's office and follow state and university purchasing guidelines. Funds will be available and must be utilized in full during the fiscal year following the award ceremony.
Qualifications
Nominees must have held an appointment with the rank of instructor or above for at least 2 years and be a current faculty member in the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences. Candidates may be nominated by faculty or their department chair. Self nominations will not be accepted.
Nomination Process
Nominator submits a letter describing the candidate's scholarly activity and why the individual is deserving of the college award. Candidates may be asked to provide and updated vita.
SUBMIT Letters of nomination to Mr. Blake Roth, Faculty Advisory Council Chair, by the nomination deadline.
