Student of the Year Awards for 2024-2025
The Department of Economics, Finance, and Accounting presented Student of the Year Awards for 2024-2025 for each major in the department: accounting, finance, and international business and economics. Students graduating in the 2024-2025 academic year were eligible to receive these awards with the faculty from each discipline selecting the award recipients. Megan Jones, Jessica Saunders, and Gabriela Vega were the recipients of the Student of the Year Awards in accounting, finance, and international business and economics respectively. All three students will graduate in May 2025. Dr. Dosse Toulaboe, chair of the department, presented award plaques to Megan and Jessica on April 30. Gabriela, an online student from San Diego, will receive her plaque at a later date. We are proud of these three students and congratulate them on their successes.
