Phase 1 (Learning)
Phase 1 (Learning) occurred during the fall semester and focused on understanding the university's challenges.
To achieve this, Huron Consulting Group engaged approximately 300 stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to gather valuable insights. This engagement included the distribution of a Functional Diagnostic Questionnaire, which received 220 responses, representing an 18% participation rate.
Additionally, Huron facilitated 18 functional discussion sessions with 79 participants and 7 technical sessions with 24 participants.
Furthermore, Huron analyzed a substantial amount of existing data, reviewing 1,678 help desk ticket entries from 2021 to 2024, 16 Workday documents, 7,210 custom reports, and information from 895 integration systems. Based on this work, 157 high and medium-impact opportunities were identified.
