AU-ABC Programs
The countless demands that affect Airmen and Guardians are telling. As a global presence, Airmen, Guardians, and their families are acutely aware of the many unexpected changes that come with military life. Fort Hays State University is committed to today's Airmen and Guardians and their educational goals.
The Air University-Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative Program (AU-ABC) is an initiative between Air University and civilian higher education institutions. The AU-ABC partnership offers baccalaureate degree options to every eligible Air Force and Space Force member. In short, AU-ABC points Airmen and Guardians who have completed an associate of applied science (AAS) degree from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) to universities that have created baccalaureate pathways using these degrees.
Fort Hays State University is honored to partner with Air University in providing a bridge between the Airmen and Guardian's AAS degree from the CCAF and Fort Hays State University's Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) and Bachelor of Science in Technology Leadership (BSTL). Airmen and Guardians with a conferred CCAF degree who participate in the AU-ABC program can anticipate completing their bachelor's degree in one of the chosen aforementioned fields, provided they complete 60 semester hours* with Fort Hays State University.
*Accepted credits may vary regarding distribution.
