HAYS, Kan. -- Scott Jones, instructor of management and marketing at Fort Hays State University, was appointed to the Distributive Education Clubs of America Postsecondary Program Advisory Council for 2010 to 2012.

The council provides recommendations to the Board of Directors on issues of relevance to the programs for collegiate DECA. It meets once a year.
