Becky Peterson, Fort Hays State University's director of residential life, served as a faculty member for the recent Regional Entry Level Institute for the Upper Midwest Region of the Association for College and University Housing Officers International at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls.

Peterson advised a small group of entry-level housing professionals from across the region and served as the faculty member responsible for training on occupancy and contracting in housing.

The institute provides entry-level staff with the skills they need to be successful in managing academic housing.
