- Hired a coordinator for transfer programs – Tre Giles
- Established Monthly Implementation Team Meetings
- Data has been collected on retention rates, where we are getting students from and how they are performing on NSSE markers.
- 60% of the academic requirements for all degree programs have been configured in Workday. This will validate data and assist with key decisions related to transfer of credit.

- ELT approved the joint Chatbot and CRM student communication tools.
- ELT approved a temporary position Transfer Student Success Coach as part of the Transfer & Military Center.
- The new scholarship program is in place. This program focuses on GPA’s instead of ACT scores. There has been a great response from schools and students.
