PAX Tools for Human Services is an evidence-based, trauma-informed training that teaches simple behavior strategies adults naturally incorporate into everyday interactions with youth and families. You'll learn practical techniques for:- setting clear expectations
- reinforcing positive behaviors
- using brief evidence-based cues to redirect behavior
- increasing cooperation
- reducing conflict
- creating environments where people feel safe, engaged, and successful
