Kaila Anderson, LMSW
Kaila Anderson is a mater's-prepared social work with a decade of experience in behavioral health and social services serving in rural western Kansas. Driving her passion to address farmer and rancher stress is Kaila's lived experiences on a 5th generation family farm and her parent's journey through the 1980s farm crisis. Kaila enjoys engaging with farmers and ranchers at conferences and working as a rural wellness consultant. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri State University and a Master of Social Work from The University of Kansas. Kaila and her family reside in Denver, Colorado.
Patrick McGinnis, LMSW
Patrick McGinnis is a 1990 and 2022 graduate of FHSU with a Clinical MSW and is a counselor for FHSU Health and Wellness Services. Patrick was born and raised in western Kansas and is passionate about the unique needs of rural populations. He founded and operates a local non-profit, Dialogue Ministries Inc., that provides community connecting services through Breathe coffeehouse. Patrick specializes in training and empowering caring individuals, creating environments, networks and opportunities to facilitate impactful dialogue to address rural mental health needs through community-based programming.
