Social Work Club-Student Organization

The Social Work Club's focus is to provide opportunities for students to assemble for social connections, networking and to participate in experiential learning activities. these activities enriched with the core values of the social work profession: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, the importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence.

The club hosts a variety of educational programs, conducts fund raising activities and hosts the annual reception for graduating social work students. The club has continued to grow, and has developed more opportunities for its members in the areas of social interaction, networking and learning opportunities. These areas continue to add a layer of growth which enriches the FHSU experience. The Social Work Club is open to Social Work majors and non-majors.  For more information and to learn about upcoming meetings and events, contact Rhonda Weimer.
