Student Recognition Programs
Are you planning to be a Tiger or trying to decide?
Student Recognition Programs offer you and your family a chance to meet FHSU administration, admissions staff, and current FHSU students. You will learn about the opportunities and unique programs available only to students at Fort Hays State. These events are designed for first-time freshmen and transfer students planning to take classes on campus. These events will also recognize those students receiving scholarships from FHSU.
Seniors and transfer students in attendance will have the chance to win one of the following awards at each event:
- $5,000 Tuition Scholarship
- $1,000 Tuition Scholarship
- $700 Book Scholarship
- Laptop Computer
- Metal Tiger Sign
- $50 Victor E. Apparel & Gift Co. Voucher
After the conclusion of all Student Recognition Programs Seniors and Transfer students who attended (and did not win any other scholarship drawings) an SRP event will be included in an additional scholarship drawing. We will draw for 2 additional $5,000 tuition scholarships on Instagram Live (date TBA)!
