Specialist in Education Degree (Ed.S.), Education Innovation & Leadership
The Specialist in Education Degree in Education Innovation and Leadership program prepares P-12 educators, higher education professionals, and community-based and private enterprise educators to take on a variety of leadership roles in education. Candidates explore skills to stimulate innovation and develop a collaborative culture to lead a learning community. The Education Innovation and Leadership program can equip you to engage and advance educational practice in your field.
Earning the Ed.S. in Education Innovation & Leadership can:

We have collaborative agreements with Kansas State University and American College of Education, allowing Ed.S. graduates to transfer 18 to 27 credit hours into an education doctorate program at these institutions. Click here for more information.

Ed.S. in Education Innovation & Leadership Highlights
- 30 hour program, completely online
- Flexible scheduling, and typically you can finish within 1-2 years
- Opportunity to focus on a variety of leadership and/or curriculum areas
- Courses are offered in 8-week and 16-week formats.
