The mission for the Center for Entrepreneurship at Fort hays State University is to infuse entrepreneurial skills and behavior throughout the campus and community in order to encourage pursuit of opportunities resulting in positive impact through action.
Fort Hays State University has entrepreneurship spread through its DNA. We live it and we teach it. We thrive in a region dependent on business startups and innovation.
Understanding the entrepreneurial mindset and process is extremely valuable to a student from any major. Therefore, the purpose of the Center is to provide strategic direction and to enhance the interconnectivity of the entrepreneurial efforts and those involved in structuring, delivering, and participating. The goal is to increase the awareness, performance, and prestige of entrepreneurship at Fort Hays State University.
