Academic Programs in Communication Sciences and Disorders

The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders offers one undergraduate degree program and one graduate degree program.

The Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) prepares graduates for admission to master's degree programs in speech-language pathology and/or audiology as well as work in education and healthcare settings.

The master's program in speech-language pathology at Fort Hays State University is an on-campus program that is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), 2200 Research Boulevard #310, Rockville, Maryland 20850, 800-498-2071 or 301-296-5700.
