Two KAMS seniors named National Merit Semifinalists

Two KAMS seniors have been named National Merit Semifinalists this year. Congratulations to Brandon Hamilton (Kansas City) & Emma Worthington (Overland Park) for achieving this honor!
Out of the 1.6 million PSAT test takers in the United States each year, only about 15,000 students are named National Merit Semifinalists. Each of these students has the opportunity to apply for National Merit Finalist status, putting them in line for more academic recognition and scholarship opportunities. KAMS has now had a total of 18 students who have been awarded this honor since the beginning of the program.
