Biography:
Lori's passion for leadership education stems from her experience studying and practicing leadership as an undergraduate. She minored in leadership studies and participated in many civic leadership programs at Kansas State University. Throughout the past decade, Lori continued to learn about student development and education through her graduate studies while working as an academic advisor, instructor, and civic engagement professional. Her educational and professional background drives her research interests in collective leadership, civic leadership, leadership development, critical leadership studies, and qualitative methodology.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching Netflix, playing softball, and walking her dog, Jack. After she and her husband, Brandon, spent four years in North Carolina, they are glad to be back in the Midwest to be closer to family and watch Kansas storms.
