Support is available 24/7. During the day, our TILT Blackboard Support team provides direct assistance (M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). After hours, calls route to Anthology’s Blackboard Help Desk so help is always available when you need it.
Blackboard and AccessibilityFort Hays State University is committed to creating an inclusive digital learning environment. Accessible course content ensures that all students - including those using assistive technologies - can fully engage with their coursework. Blackboard Ally helps instructors improve the accessibility of their course content by identifying issues and providing guidance to fix them. For students, Ally automatically generates alternative formats - including audio, ePub, electronic braille, and translated versions - so every student can access materials in the way that works best for them. ReadSpeaker provides text-to-speechfunctionality within Blackboard, allowing students to listen to course content, announcements, and discussion posts directly in their browser.
