The information found in the Current Bids list consists of all transactions for which Fort Hays State University is currently soliciting competitive bids. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor this website.
The State of Kansas now requires all new vendors to provide a W-9 before processing payments. This form will provide Fort Hays State University with your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN/TIN). Please contact the Business Office for information about the W-9, https://www.fhsu.edu/bus-off/w-9/.
As part of our security and compliance requirements, the University must maintain a recent HECVAT (Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit) or SOC 2 report from vendors who provide IT products or services to the university before contracts are signed.
