Computational Physics: Python IDE
Students demonstrate the use of Anaconda Navigator and the Spyder IDE: This includes writing and executing a Python script. The badge is designed to show holds have the basic skill to use computational technology to calculate answers as required in professional settings.
Students complete the requirements for the badge as a portion of the PHYS 333 Introduction to Computational Physics course. To pursue this badge students will have to enroll in the class: prerequisite for enrollment includes PHYS111 or PHYS 211. To receive the badge students must score 80% or higher on the computation assignments.
