Partnership Overview
Fort Hays State University (FHSU) partners with Hayek Global College, located in Brasília, Brazil, to offer a 2+2 dual-degree pathway through the American College program. This collaboration allows students to complete two years at Hayek Global College and two years on campus at FHSU in Hays, Kansas, earning an accredited U.S. bachelor’s degree.
Academic Pathway
The 2+2 model provides a seamless transition for Brazilian students into FHSU’s degree programs. Students complete foundational coursework in English at Hayek and then transfer to Hays to complete their degrees.

Students transferring from Hayek Global College and studying full-time on the FHSU campus in Hays, Kansas, are eligible for a $1,000 scholarship per semester.
To qualify, students must:
- Be registered full-time, and
- Remain in good academic standing at FHSU.
