Cross-Border Resources
Sias University (Sias) and Shenyang Normal University (SNU) have been long-time cross-border partners of Fort Hays State University. Cross-border education means delivering programs at their home institutions in their home countries. These resources are designed to support the cross-border faculty at Sias and SNU, as well as academic operations.
