Togetherall - Online Support
Togetherall is a 24/7, anonymous, online peer-to-peer mental health support community moderated by licensed clinicians. It offers a safe, stigma-free space to discuss, share, and manage feelings—such as anxiety, depression, or stress—through forums, creative tools, and self-guided courses. Tigers Without Limits - On-campus Support
Tigers Without Limits is a social and support group for students who identify as Neurodivergent; however, anyone is welcome! Neurodivergent describes an individual who behaves, thinks, and learns differently compared to those who are neurotypical. Some recognized types of neurodivergent conditions include Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and more. Tigers Without Limits provides information, connections, and a community where members can feel supported and celebrate successes. The group will create opportunities to:
- Share information about student support services at FHSU.
- Gain feedback from the group on campus programs and services.
- Build environments that foster friendships.
- Be a safe space for members to share special interests.
- Expand member information on various daily living skills, including social skills, empathy skills, classroom etiquette, living independently, and more!
