Support Groups
Relationship Skills Group
The Relationship Skills Group is an educational group that provides insight from professionals regarding boundaries, attachment style, effective communication, healthy habits, navigating the next step in a relationship, etc. Different topics will be covered each session with the opportunity to take home activities to help improve relationship skills.
The group provides an opportunity for students who are dating, engaged, or married to connect with other people in similar situations. Our main objective is to help students build strong, healthy relationships with their partners and learn skills that they can carry with them throughout their lives at FHSU and beyond. It can be a place for couples who are struggling, or who just want further guidance.
