Program Overview
An LLC at FHSU is a cohort of 14 or 28 first-year students who share interests, take courses together, live on the same floor (Victor E. Village for freshmen, Heather Hall for transfers), and participate in planned activities together throughout the year.

Eligibility & Participation
LLC are for First Time Freshman students. New Trasnfer students are invited to join Transfer Network.
Being accepted into a LLC is a full academic year (Fall and Spring semester) commitment with required courses each semester.
Application & Assignment Process

When completing your Housing Application students will rank their top three LLC preferences.
Student will receive an email in their FHSU Email and Personal Email provided on their application in Early April with a notice of acceptance to LLC from Residential Life.
Housing & Roommate Policies
No. You will be placed with another member of your same LLC.
Yes. LLC preference is prioritized over roommate preference. If you would like to request a roommate you will need to have the same order of LLC preference as well as both applications requesting the roommate.
Forms
Please fill out the LLC Request for Exemption form and email it to llc@fhsu.edu if you would like to be released from your Living Learning Community or exempt from a required course.
