- Organizations cannot have received Allocations funding for this fiscal year

Equipment - reimbursement only
- Can be requested throughout the academic year
- Used during the current fiscal year
- May request up to $10,000
- Up to $1500 fully funded, then SGA will match dollar for dollar
- Organization can have received Allocations funding for this fiscal year
- Past Example: TEECA requested $1500 for Vex Robotics parts

Allocations
- Disperse monies collected from the activities fee assessed to students
- Approximately $500,000 given out
- Large requests for the entire fiscal year including trips, speakers and events
- Preliminary deadline is December 2, 2019
- Final deadline is February 14th, 2020
