Event Planning and Meetings - Reserving Rooms and Spaces

Reservations for space in the union may be made online with the EMS Room Reservation System at http://reservations.fhsu.edu or by calling (785) 628-5305.

Items to consider before booking:

  1. Date and Time of the Event
  2. How many people you expect in attendance at your event?
  3. What kind of room setup will you need (theatre seating, classroom seating, u-shape seating, etc.)?
  4. Will there be any special needs (technical equipment, food, personnel)?

The reservationist will find the most appropriate room based on your needs and will provide you with a confirmation.
