Event Planning and Meetings - Reserving Rooms and Spaces

Reservations for space in the Memorial Union may be made by calling (785) 628-5305 or sending an email to fhsuunion@fhsu.edu.

Items to consider before booking:

Date and Time of the Event
How many people you expect in attendance at your event?
What kind of room setup will you need (theatre seating, classroom seating, u-shape seating, etc.)?
Will there be any special needs (technical equipment, food, personnel)?

The reservationist will find the most appropriate room based on your needs and will provide you with a confirmation.
