KAMS/AMS robotics team earns 2nd place at tournament

A KAMS/AMS robotics team earned second place at a First Tech Challenge robotics tournament in Kansas City, MO this past weekend.
The robotics team of Hanbit Kim, Minki Lee, Peter Lee, Yejune "June" Park, and Matt Tanis competed against numerous other high school teams from around the midwest in the FTC-regulated competition.
Other KAMS/AMS robotics competitors included Namoo "Josh" Kim, Seoyun "Erin" Jeong, Kate Rues, Shuxian Wang, and Yiyao "Carol" Zhang.
The teams will continue to compete in FTC league competitions in an attempt to qualify for the state competition that will be held in the spring semester.
