KAMS/AMS alum hired at Johns Hopkins Hospital
Dec. 7, 2020
KAMS/AMS provides one of the most unique high school experiences in the world - an experience that often results in exceptional achievements for our alumni.
KAMS class of 2016 graduate Morgan (Mitchiner) Jibowu is a true testament to what happens when brilliant inquisition is matched with dedication. Morgan recently accepted an Epidemiologist position at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Morgan attended FHSU after KAMS and completed her Bachelor's degree in Biology. She continued on to Kansas State University to attain a MPH in Infectious Diseases and Zoonoses.
Morgan has previously worked as a CDC Contractor at the Quarantine Station, a Data Analyst with the American Medical Association, and recently spoke at a roundtable with 23andMe senior research scientists. She attributes much of her success to networking with STEM professionals and encourages current and future KAMS/AMS students to do the same. Congratulations, Morgan!
