Fort Hays State University Fall courses begin on Monday, August 22nd. We are very excited to welcome you to campus! Please take a look at our Videos and resources to be prepared to start at FHSU.
Academic, Technology & Health Resources
- Are you registered in Fall classes? If not, contact your academic advisor. You can find contact information in Workday and you should have received an email (to your FHSU gmail account) to schedule a meeting!
- Send all previous official transcripts and test scores to the FHSU Registrar's Office
- if you attended a college during high school you will need to send an official transcript from that college.

FHSU Tiger (ID) Card
You will need your FHSU Tiger ID Card if you are a new student. Your ID card has access to residential hall buildings and room, residential life meal plans, FHSU sporting events, FHSU Library, and Health & Wellness Services.
To get your TigerCard you must have signed up for Orientation and paid your $60 new student and orientation fee. If you have not signed up, you can complete the form and pay the fee on the Orientation page.
Once you get to campus you can visit the FHSU TigerCard office in the Memorial Union Room 208
- Please be prepared to present a valid photo ID including a current government issued driver's license, military ID, passport, other state-issued photo ID when obtaining your Tiger Card.
