The Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center
The curtain is rising on an exciting new chapter of entertainment at the Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center!
For more than 35 years, the Encore Series has brought incredible performances and memorable experiences to Fort Hays State University and the surrounding community. Thanks to the enthusiasm and support of patrons like you, the Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center has been a place where audiences gather to experience the magic of live entertainment. Now, we're excited to build on that tradition with new opportunities to enjoy performances, movies, and special events throughout the year.
Introducing the Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center Special Events Series
Our new Special Events Series will bring a variety of entertainment to the stage, including movies, live music, performing arts, comedy, lectures, and more. Rather than offering a traditional Encore Series season ticket, events will be announced individually, allowing us to explore exciting new programming opportunities throughout the year.
